I was with tsohost for 9 years, complained directly to them, wrote reviews, moaned on Twitter. Absolutely nothing changed and I wasted my time. I'm now hosted externally and leading a stress free existence (in retrospect wish I'd moved years prior)

These people are S L O W. Took them 1 hour to tell me they did not support nodejs, and I have been a client for 10 years. Miss the years of vidahost (the previous name). Gonna move to HostDash.
